Hello, I’m Ciara a harpist and chef and welcome to my blog harp&table. This is a project I’ve been daydreaming about for years—a space where music and food meet, where I can share the threads that tie my creative life together.

Here I will share glimpses into both worlds, from concerts to kitchens, practice to markets, recipes to music scores and all the in-between.
