Meet Ciara

I’ve spent most of my life moving between two passions: the harp and the kitchen.

Born in London to two Irish parents, I grew up surrounded by music, stories, and a strong sense of culture. Traditional Irish music was at the heart of my childhood—I started performing and competing at a young age. Later in my teenage years I started to study classical music, a path which eventually led me to the Royal College of Music, where I gained my bachelors degree on the pedal harp.

Alongside music, food has always been a constant passion. After graduating, what began as a personal love naturally evolved into a professional pursuit. I joined a busy, up-and-coming restaurant, immersing myself in the fast-paced world of professional kitchens.

Currently based in London, I work across both fields of music and food—offering performances, harp tuition, cooking and writing about food.
